Early season duck hunting has been plagued by warm weather the past couple years and especially in 2016. If it wasn't for calendar birds migrating, it'd be slim pickings in the blind. Hot foods in moist soil habitat are king in warm weather and that's why this flooded timber millet hole at Willow Creek Farms was full of Gadwall, Wigeon, and Pintails.
