Lessons learned the hard way. That's bowhunting. And I think this is what I love most about it. Just like life, a roller coaster of highs and lows. It's the ultimate drug. A rush that's almost impossible to top. This is why we're addicted. Northern Michigan is a challenging place to hunt. Endless acres of non descript public land. Challenging terrain types that's manipulated by the DNR and high pressure. One of the most challenging hunts in the country for a drop in hunter. It's a challenging place to hunt but well worth the trip. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, and if you've never hunted northern Michigan, we highly recommend giving it a shot some time.
