This film was made after a 2019 Sandhill Crane hunt in Kansas. Alex and Sierra Langbell from Gundog Outdoors met Skip Knowles from Wildfowl Magazine and sat in a blind provided by outfitter Crane Wreckers. They had a phenomenal hunt with heavy winds and big flocks of sandhills scraping their toe nails across the wheat landing in a spread of several dozen stuffer crane decoys 18 yards away. 12 shooters make quick work with the hunt lasting a little over an hour. Nashville country band Styles Haury provides the music. This is some of the most epic crane footage you will ever see.
