Season 5 kicks off with an incredible hunting adventure in the Northern Cape, South Africa, at BoschNel Safaris! This episode is packed with intense stalks, challenging terrain, and unforgettable moments in the African bush. Johan Smit takes on some of the region’s most iconic species. One of the toughest hunts was for the elusive Barbary Sheep (Aoudad), testing both patience and skill. He also had a fantastic run, taking down a beautiful Springbuck ram, a stunning common Blesbuck ram, and a magnificent Yellow Blesbuck ram. Johan was later joined by Kyle Howard, a family member of the BoschNel Safaris team, for a special hunt from a blind built out of lucerne, where he successfully harvested an impressive Kudu bull. To top it all off, Johan put the Ravin R26 crossbow to the test, taking down a Burchell’s Zebra in an epic bowhunting moment! With breathtaking scenery, thrilling hunts, and expert marksmanship, this episode is a must-watch for any hunting enthusiast!
