Some hunts come easy and some hunts you have to grind out. Talk about an extreme grind it out hunt! Boots on the ground through some of the roughest country in Arizona in pursuit of bull elk. After watching this bull for a week, 3:30am came early on opening day. Kicking it off with muscles burning and sweat dripping, I pushed through several canyons after my target bull. Bull down! Eddie saves the day riding in with the mules to help pack the bull out. What an adventure! Very grateful for this huge bull and for getting to share the experience with my best friend. Hunting public land here in Arizona has its challenges but we conquered it this time! A successful hunt with memories made for life, an awesome bull for the books, and meat to feed our families. Thanks again for your help on this one brother!
