Turkey hunting in New Hampshire timber is one of our favorite ways to hunt turkeys. The morning starts slow and we are having a difficult time locating a bird off the roost because of the windy conditions. We keep after it throughout the hunting in the timber to try and strike up a lonely tom. Finally we strike up the bird we were hoping for, with little time to spare. Joe is able to tag his New Hampshire bird with minutes to spare.
