Finding a lost pond on a new 20 acre property

Yep, this new landowner has never even seen this pond on his new 20 acre property! That just shows how gnarly this Southern Illinois property is! Join us for today's improving your land/property improvements project with my bobcat e42 mini excavator. Today I took a walk in a cedar thicket to try to plan our my new trails in the woods and man, it was not fun! In today's episode this is DAY 3 of another land management client property project as we have been working on making some clearings in the woods, cutting a new trail system through this jungle, and in today's mission I am searching for a deep woods pond that the new landowner has not seen yet. This cedar thicket is so thick that it is really quite unnerving to try to walk through it and navigate the woods. So today I will be cutting a new deep woods trail system to get back to this hidden pond location and then continue on to connect to another brand new deep woods trail that Curtis has just cut with the Yanmar Vio50 excavator. I am using my bobcat e42 R2 series mini excavator as we are tag teaming on this most recent land management/land improvement project.
