On this episode of Midwest Whitetail, we sit down with Mike Reed as he reflects on the past six years introducing his five kids to deer hunting. Mike goes over how he has chose to develop a love and passion for the outdoors through hunting and highlights some things that have been successful for him in doing so! The goal for Late Muzzleloader season in Iowa for Mike was to get all of his kids who wanted to hunt a buck. With a few days left in the season, that goal was achieved. We kick things off with Bella Reed on the Home Farm as she is hoping to catch up with Anna's buck but is met with a BIG surprise! The next evening Mike took Xander to a new farm in hopes of tagging his first deer and with light fading an Iowa stud stepped out of the corn. Finally Xanders twin brother Tate was up to bat and unlike Bella and Xander, Tate went on a five day excursion after his first Iowa buck, and what a buck its was. A River Farm legend. The stellar year for Mike and his family could easily be there best one ever. As always, we appreciate you taking the time to tune into this week's episode and thank you so much for your support!
