"Don't leave home without" is more than a cliche' from a TV commercial. What should you take on your next bird hunt, for you and your dog? Here's some advice on critical stuff, and what you might leave home ... without jeopardizing your safety or comfort - or you're dog's! Somewhere in my personal vest is everything I need to shoot as well as possible (no smart remarks, please), stay found or get found, keep my dog safe and healthy, and help me survive a night or two in an emergency.
