Hands down one of the best ways to prepare a fresh catch of bluegills, crappie and perch. In this episode we use a half-dozen 10-12" crappies we caught in the spring time out of a cold deep Northern Wisconsin lake. We mix up a Chipotle Mayo sauce, mix up fresh green and red cabbage sliced thinly and add a couple clean wedges of fresh ripe avocado with a side of black beans. You're going to love this recipe!
