Ingredients
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5 0z. Zesty Italian dressing
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of pepper
Any white fish but my favorite is grouper. Good with chicken also
Marinade fish for 30 minutes then pan sear in a hot pan until cooked through. Serve on top of rice, mashed potatoes or just on its own.
