Ingredients
2-3 cups left over cooked white fish
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup jalapeños (can chop)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions
Cajun seasoning to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Add butter, brown sugar and jalapeños to a hot skillet. Cook down until brown sugar is no longer granular, you want it to be syrup like. In mixing bowl combine fish, Mayonnaise, green onions. Break up fish with spatula and mix, add Cajun seasoning and salt & peeper to taste. Once cool add candied jalapeños and mix well. Serve with crackers & veggies.
